What does the £150 setup fee cover?
The one-time £150 setup fee covers the complete migration of your site — DNS configuration, SSL certificate installation, email setup, file transfer, and testing. Most migrations are complete within 48 hours.
What does the AI assistant do?
Your AI assistant handles visitor enquiries via contact forms and live chat, monitors your site's uptime, and can make content updates on your behalf. It works 24/7 so you don't have to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your hosting plan at any time. We'll provide your site files so you can migrate elsewhere if needed.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown include VAT. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges.
How fast is the hosting?

We can set up email forwarding as part of the migration. For full email hosting, we'll recommend a suitable provider and help with the configuration.
